TOOTHPICK CHICKEN (poultry)
Recently I met a fellow that told me an interesting story about how he got his niece and nephew to eat their chicken. Recalling the sampling trays at the store that no one can seem to resist, he cooked the chicken up then cut it into pieces and put toothpicks in the pieces and served them up as “Toothpick Chicken!” Of course they were a big hit.
